They looked great. They worked well. But there was one problem - doctors weren’t using them.

We soon realised what others in the industry were quietly learning too, that HCPs are overloaded with pharma-sponsored content, and inundated with requests to engage with pharma-led platforms which they didn’t particularly trust or use.

So we pivoted. We studied the world’s most downloaded and best-reviewed medical apps, the ones HCPs actually choose to use, and found new ways to meet doctors where they are, not where brands wish they’d go.

They looked great. They worked well. But there was one problem - doctors weren’t using them.

We soon realised what others in the industry were quietly learning too, that HCPs are overloaded with pharma-sponsored content, and inundated with requests to engage with pharma-led platforms which they didn’t particularly trust or use.
